John Francis Walsh

Mr. Walsh has over twenty (20) years of commercial and multi-family real estate experience set primarily in the Western and Southeastern portions of the United States. His efforts cover acquisition, redevelopment, management and disposition. Furthermore, Mr. Walsh maintains close relationships with managers and asset managers and actively oversees the marketing and leasing activities of the investment portfolio. Mr. Walsh also has an established track record of successful acquisitions-renovations-sales, such that he maintains a loyal following of both debt and equity investors. After successfully working for institutional corporations, Mr. Walsh in 1990 directly entered the real estate investment market founding Millennium Realty Advisors LLC., which later became Millennium Realty Investors, LLC.

Most investments remain under management while other properties have been exchanged (1031) into larger investments.

Charterhouse was the correspondent and fiduciary for Copley Real Estate Advisor’s (30 joint ventures partners) and New England Mutual Life (commercial loans) in CA, AZ and Nevada. Charterhouse was involved in a wide range of real estate investments and loans ranging from office, retail, industrial, mixed use, multi-family and vacant land.
