John F. Croce
John F. Croce, Managing Member RV, co-founder and President of Millennium Pacific Asset Management, Inc. (MPAM), a multi-family brokerage, property and project management company. His responsibilities include the administration of the Project Management Services and Accounting & Financial Reporting Services Divisions of MPAM.
Prior to founding MPAM, Mr. Croce was a partner in Pacific West Real Property Investments, where he managed the multi-family division. Mr. Croce was also the broker/owner of VS Properties in Pasadena, California, a real estate brokerage and property management firm. From 1975 to 1983 his responsibilities included the supervision of over 32 real estate agents and property management of a portfolio of multi-family properties. His responsibilities also included market assessment, property identification and negotiation, and the acquisition and disposition of multi-family properties.
Over his career he has successfully renovated and repositioned in excess of 150 properties with an aggregate market value over $500 million. Currently, Mr. Croce manages 14 apartment communities and 23 mobile home and RV parks. He acts as a principle/ managing member in 28 of these properties.
Mr. Croce has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Woodbury University. He was first licensed as a broker in the State of California in 1971. Mr. Croce holds the designation of Manufactures Housing Community Manager (MCM) for the manufactured housing industry and Certified Park Operator (CPO) designation for the recreational vehicle park industry.
