D. Timothy Byrne

Prior to joining Millennium Realty Investors, LLC, Mr. Byrne had over fifteen (15) years of commercial real estate brokerage, asset management, finance and appraisal experience. His experience is vast, and includes numerous real estate assets located throughout the western United States. Tim has gained valuable experience and contacts, from his work with Coldwell Banker Commercial – Brentwood, California, and Pacific Capital Asset Management, Brentwood, California. Mr. Byrne is skilled in identifying undervalued real estate, gaining control of such assets and overseeing the improvements for significant value enhancement. Tim has worked with several lending institutions and keeps close tabs on lender’s current underwriting and valuation issues. Mr. Byrne has a supreme history with all of his projects successful for both equity and debt investors.

Assets under management exceeded $300 million. Expanded business from six to over 20 employees, and increased portfolio under management from 500 apartment units to 3,000 apartment units.

Responsible for $45 million real estate portfolio encompassing office, and retail properties. Managed leasing, sales and acquisitions activities.
