Millennium Realty Investors, LLC (“MRI” or the “Company”) is an opportunistic real estate investment advisory and asset management firm. The Company specializes in the placement of equity across all real estate asset classes in select undervalued markets throughout the United States and internationally with niche partnerships. We focus on real estate opportunities that provide above market rate return but are sensitive to the environment.


Equity Investment

MRI focuses on finding risk adverse properties with a value-added component to generate above market returns. Equity sources range from internal funds, high net-worth individuals, pension funds, life insurance companies as well as Wall Street firms.

MRI’s investments are diverse in product type and location, while all team members are cross-trained in multiple real estate disciplines (acquisitions, appraisal/consulting, asset management, brokerage, institutional/investment banking).

MRI's properties include industrial/warehouse, multi-family, RV parks/hospitality, as well as urban infill development and environmental resources. Internal asset management services provide administration, entitlement, renovation and construction management, strategic planning, portfolio management, capital allocation, refinancing, and asset dispositions. Real estate advisory services consist of asset valuations, appraisals, site inspections, due diligence, as well as market and feasibility analysis.
